𝐒𝐡𝐨𝐩𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐙𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐁𝐃 𝐋𝐭𝐝. is expanding its technical team! We are urgently looking for a skilled 𝐌𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞/𝐈𝐓 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐫 who can ensure smooth operation of all IT systems and infrastructure within the organization.
🔧 𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
• Install, configure & maintain CCTV systems, DVR/NVR, and surveillance equipment.
• Monitor and troubleshoot network issues (LAN/WAN, WiFi, routers, switches).
• Provide technical support to office staff for hardware, software & networking problems.
• Maintain office electrical equipment, printers, scanners & computer accessories.
• Perform routine system checks, backups, and IT security monitoring.
• Install and manage operating systems (Windows/Linux).
• Manage and maintain attendance devices, POS systems, and related machines.
• Coordinate with vendors for IT equipment purchases and repairs.
• Ensure smooth operation of all maintenance-related activities in the office.
🎓 𝐄𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Networking, IT, or any related field.
• Professional certifications like CCNA, CompTIA A+, N+, CCTV training will be considered an added advantage.
💼 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
• Minimum 𝟓+ 𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐬 of hands-on experience in IT & maintenance support.
• Must have strong experience in 𝐂𝐂𝐓𝐕 𝐢𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, 𝐬𝐞𝐭𝐮𝐩, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐛𝐥𝐞𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠.
• Experience with network administration and hardware maintenance is essential.
• Previous experience in retail/e-commerce company will be a plus.
